- Primary point of contact for office/facilities needs
- Proactive oversight to keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly
- Regular walkthroughs to identify issues before they become disruptions
- Issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution coordination
- Vendor communications, scheduling, and on-site oversight when needed
- Office standards: ensuring common areas look “client-ready” during business hours
- Light admin support related to facilities requests (routing, follow-ups, tracking)
Pantry Restocking & Inventory Management
- Establish pantry par levels (minimum stock thresholds) per category
- Weekly inventory checks depending on consumption
- Ordering and replenishment schedule management
- Stock rotation to reduce waste and expiration
- Vendor management for pantry suppliers
- Budget tracking against a monthly pantry allowance (if applicable)
Beverage Program Management (Self-Serve Office Program)
- Coffee and tea purchasing and stocking (beans/grounds/pods based on machine type)
- Filters and accessories stocked (filters, stirrers, sleeves, sugar packets, etc.)
- Milk/creamers/sweeteners stocked and rotated for freshness
- Tea assortment management (tea bags, honey, lemon, etc. if included)
- Coffee station presentation standards (organized, labeled, tidy)
- Reorder cadence based on consumption trends
- Coordinate coffee machine service/maintenance with vendor
- Maintain required cleaning supplies:
- Coffee machine cleaning tablets (if applicable)
- Descaling solution (if applicable)
- Milk system cleaning solution (if milk-based drinks)
Note:
- Coffee program management is self-serve readiness + supplies, not staffed beverage service.
- Staffed coffee/barista service available as an add-on for events.
Utensils, Cups, Dishware, and Pantry Supplies
- Disposable cups (hot/iced), lids, sleeves, stirrers
- Disposable utensils (forks/spoons/knives), napkins, straws (if desired)
- Plates/bowls (disposable or reusable), serving trays for snacks (if needed)
- Paper towels for pantry use
- Dish soap, sponges, scrubbers, drying rack supplies
- Dishwasher pods/rinse aid
- Trash liners for pantry bins
- Food storage supplies (foil, plastic wrap, zip bags, containers)
- Pantry organization supplies: labels, bins, shelving organization
Bathroom Supplies Management
- Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand lotion, and feminine product replenishment
- Hygiene consumables: seat covers (if used), sanitizer (optional), air fresheners (optional)
- Maintain backstock organization in janitor closet/storage area
- Report and coordinate maintenance issues:
- Leaks/clogs
- Broken dispensers
- Odor issues
- Fixture issues (faucets, flush valves)
Office Consumables
- Disinfecting wipes, sprays, microfiber cloths
- Conference room supplies (markers, erasers, wipes for boards if applicable)
- Trash liners for common areas and conference rooms
Add-on: Furniture & Light Office Setup Items
- Oversight and sourcing coordination for:
- Large folding tables / rolling tables
- Rolling carts
- Coat racks
- Trash bins (common + conference + desk-side as needed)
- Routine condition checks and replacement recommendations
- Simple moves within the office (repositioning tables/carts/bins) as needed
Reporting, Budgeting & Client Communication
- Monthly summary of:
- Pantry consumption and recommended adjustments
- Issues resolved / open items
- Vendor performance notes
- Budget tracking against a monthly allowance (if applicable)

- Full nightly janitorial
- Cleaning, carpet shampoo, post-construction cleaning
- Electrical/plumbing/HVAC repairs
- Large furniture assembly or moves requiring movers
- Staffed pantry attendant or barista-style coffee service
- Event catering
- IT support (printers, Wi-Fi, AV)
