  • About Us

Resident is a next-generation company club designed exclusively for ambitious founders, CEOs, and their teams. What started as a tight-knit community is evolving into something bigger: we're opening our first physical space. We're currently in stealth mode, but we'd be happy to share more details in a private conversation.

This is your chance to join early and play a critical role in shaping the energy, culture, and daily rhythm of our flagship space in NYC. You’ll report directly to our Founder & CEO, a successful entrepreneur with a previous exit, and gain firsthand experience building a brand and business from the ground up.

  • About the Role

This role is for a generalist. Someone resourceful, curious, and hands-on. You might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them. You’re entrepreneurial by nature, creative by instinct, and thrive in fast-moving environments.

You’ll work directly with a founder who previously built and sold a tech company, and you’ll be part of building something new from the ground up. If you’re looking for structure and predictability, this probably isn’t for you.

    • Document all learnings and processes
  • Who You Are

    • A creative thinker
    • A self-starter
    • Proactive and curious
