If you're interested in working at Resident, the first step is to submit an inquiry and schedule a tour and private assessment at our inaugural NYC location. During your tour, our Community Manager will evaluate your business and office needs to determine if our workspace is the right fit for you and your team. If we match your criteria, we'll invite you to join our Company Club.
- Why Does Resident Require an Application?
Our application process ensures that our community managers facilitate enriching and productive experiences for all members. While other coworking spaces in Flatiron open their doors to anyone, our goal is to curate an exclusive community of post-exit founders, AI innovators, and NYC builders, and investors. - Can I book meeting rooms or host offsites?
Yes. Members can book conference rooms or use phone booths on a first-come-first-serve basis for client calls, team meetings, and presentations through our booking portal. Meeting room hours are included with all membership plans, and additional hours can be purchased as needed. Our tech-enabled spaces support everything from confidential investor pitches to hybrid team collaboration with remote participants.
Non-members can also reserve meeting rooms via our online portal on a pay-per-use basis.
- Can I host an event or an offsite at Resident?
Absolutely. Anyone can host events at either of our Resident locations (Union Square launching this winter). Both locations offer beautifully-designed common areas as well as event spaces.
To inquire about hosting an event, please contact us. Once your inquiry is received, it will be passed to our event specialist who will help you plan and execute everything from guest curation and catering to RSVPs and on-site coordination.
We know how intensive hosting an event can get. Our event management support can save your team up to 10 hours per event while ensuring your programming aligns with your standards, creating the perfect environment for board meetings, product launches, or networking mixers.
Members receive priority booking access, while non-members can reserve spaces on a pay-per-use basis. Our community team works with all event organizers to ensure gatherings maintain our professional standards and promote a collaborative atmosphere that lives up to the Resident mission.
